November 11, 2013 HI FAMILY! How are all of you?! WOW! this week has really been crazy! We have 2 new investigators this week!!!! WHAT, WHAT!!! :) so stoked! anyway! Sister Zhang met a girl from her ward in China (the only other ysa there) and she is studying in Singapore, so we went to dinner with her at a Korean buffet (SO GOOD!!!) anyway! we met with S.S., our new investigator from last week, and taught her the 1st lesson! With CW a sister that just finished her mission in New York :) it was a good lesson, but it wasn’t as good as it could have been because people here don't like to meet in their homes, so we usually meet them at a McDonalds, KFC, or somewhere that has a TON of ppl! It's really difficult! SO we are focusing on trying to find places to meet with investigators that are quieter, where we are able to focus and feel the spirit! :) Anyway! we also met with E, a ward member who has been in America for 3 years, and his cousin J. who is LEGIT!!!!! he was just baptized into a Christian church and is totally open! he is wayyy cool! we can't wait to teach him more!!!! :) We met with S! she is doing much, much better! we put her on date for November 28th and we have been calling her every day to help her! she said that she is praying a lot every day! She was able to get work off to come to all of church!!!! YES!!!! :) we are so happy about that! :) Than we met with P! A hindu girl WHO IS THE BESTTTT!!!!!!! she is seriously the cutest girl alive! she is so happy, fashionable, and is really interested in learning about Christianity! :) we are excited to keep meeting with her! We also met with a guy from China that Sister Zhang met, and had a pass off lesson with the Chinese elders! It was so good!!!! i didn't understand anything but the guy was so sweet! He told me I was very polite and beautiful!!!! I LOVED THAT!!! he was very, very nice! we pray that he continues to learn! :) anyway! We met with W! (crazy story!) so FL is the girl who referred him from Temple square and she met with him two Friday’s ago. She told us he wanted us to meet with him, and we actually saw him at Chinatown! So we made an appointment and all met together! Sadly! he still doesn't have the desire, and he didn't remember anything we taught him, i was quite discouraged! BUT!!! it's all good, he wants to meet again, so we will see once more if he kept his commitments! :) we are praying for him!!!! ANYWAY! F. is the cutest! i love her a lot! she is so good! We also met with AC (love that lady!) she said she would come to church next Sunday! let’s pray she is well enough! we met with F!!!! I LOVE HER!!!!! FA also came! She has been praying, she even told her mom she was learning and wanted to join (HUGE DEAL) and it was a really good lesson! I have a testimony that besides the fact that we are imperfect! GOD still allows us to be filled with the spirit, and testify of truth! :) ITS AMAZING! CHURCH WAS SOOOOOO GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we taught gospel principles (tithes and offering!) it was wayy good! we used chocolate coins haha it was wayy fun! We had 2 investigators come ShaSha and Susheela! Fazz wanted to come, but was sick :( thats okay! it was amazing! Woodlands ward is really uping their game!!! Stepping up to the plate!!! IM SO PROUD OF THEM!!! :) I love them all so much! we have really had an amazing week! we have taught so many lessons!!! i have never taught this many lessons in my whole life!!! I LOVE IT!!!!!! ALSO!!! i contacted this guy on the train! (I HAVE A TESTIMONY that opening your mouth at all times is important!) so we had one stop till we had to get off, and this guy had a cali shirt on so i said hey! i like your shirt, asked him if he had been there, told him i lived there, and he asked why i was in Singapore (always my fav. when they ask that, haha) so i told him. He was like oh! You’re Mormon! I WAS LIKE YESSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!! so i gave him my card and had to rush off! GUES WHAT?! HE SMS Yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WAS STOKEDDDD!!!! i pray that we can meet with him! he seemed super cool! :) anyway! Life is really great! super busy, and things with my comp. are good! we had comp. inventory, and it was quite uplifting! :) ANYWAY!!!!
